Enrollment in any course at Thespian Academy is subject to availability and acceptance by The Academy. Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment in a course by providing written notice to The Academy. The following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of the course will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the course are not eligible for a refund.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.

4. Conduct and Behavior

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund. Thespian Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and provided during courses is the intellectual property of Thespian Academy or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from The Academy. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
